What does my speech say about me? An accent helps define who you are, I am from the south and have a southern accent. I have always lived in the south and my environment forced me into having an accent just like any one else in the world. My accent helps define whom I am and where I am from I am proud of my accent because I am proud of where I am from. My accent is not so thick that you would think I was uneducated. I like to project a sense of intelligence and confidence when I speak and I do not think that my southern accent detours me from this. |
