tv vs. mtv

        The last tv show that I watched was SportsCenter.  i have always watched a lot of ESPN, especially SportsCenter, and I have never realized the ideas behind the commercials.  But I did notice that ESPN tries to play as many commercials as they can to attach the male audience.  I noticed Gullet shaving commercials , other sports commercials, beer commercials, and lastly deodorant commercials.  I also noticed that SportsCenter has about half male and half female commentator.  I think that they split it up to attract males with both the male and female commentators.  Also i realized that there are very few female sport highlights throughout the show.
