I live off campus and cable is expensive, so the last show I watched was Malcolm in the Middle on Netflix which is a funny show, but during breakfast, the shows they play at the Campbridge are those court shows, especially Divorce Court. Interestingly enough, the commercials are almost only for lawyers. I don’t know why they assume that because you watch shows about court, you go to court often, but those are all the commercials that I see.
About the show, the only people that are in court are really outspoken. That’s obvious though, no one wants to watch a show where people just accept defeat and don’t say much.
Lastly, I want to point out that the woman almost always wins. Today I saw a guy win, and me and my roommate both realized how surprised we were. The show is geared towards stay at home moms, due to air time and because they always show women winning in the divorce court.
